Tasks are assigned to specific users with the objective of completing them within a specified timeframe.
These tasks originate from your fu3e tickets and are designed to assist with workloads and assignments.
Once a task is completed, it can be moved through the workflow and reassigned to other users.
Even if you’ve assigned a task to someone else, you can still track its progress.
Remember that the task remains the user’s responsibility until it’s completed on time.
For example, a risk ticket will continue to be someone’s responsibility (as a task) until the risk is resolved and the ticket is closed.
Individual users can find their list of assigned tasks under ‘My Tasks’
