Two factor authentication - 2FA setup

To protect your fu3e account, we have implemented 2FA.

This is where you use your phone to create an additional code to access fu3e.

This feature has to be switched on by your administrator. Once activated you will have to complete the following steps.

Setup

Log in to your account as normal, a pop up will appear asking you to secure your account.
Depending on your make of phone, you can download Google Authenticator from Google Play or the Apple Store.

Open your authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code.
Your app should display a six-digit code. Enter this into the modal.

You can also authenticate with SMS, simply input your mobile phone number and receive a 6-digit code.

If your device supports fingerprint or facial recognition you can enable your device's biometrics to log in faster.
