When you are commenting on a file or ticket, you are able to @mention other users who have access to that ticket and/or file.
When you @mention a user, they will receive an email notification from fu3e to notify them of your comment.
For example:
"@fu3eUser I have updated the information required, @fu3eUser2 I have assigned to you for approval."
Both fu3eUser & fu3eUser2 will receive an email notification which includes a link to notify them of the above comment.
All users with access to a ticket, are able to view ticket notes.
Only users with full access to a file can view notes associated with that file.
