As a user, you can 'subscribe' and 'unsubscribe' to ticket events. upon subscribing, you will receive an email notification when that ticket event is actioned.
1. On the ticket View screen, select the bell icon on the top bar of the ticket.
2. Within the pop-out modal, select which events you would like to be notified of. When happy with your choices, hit 'subscribe'.
3. You can adjust what events you want to be notified of by selecting the bell icon.
4. The pop-out modal will reappear, adjust the events and Press 'unsubscribe'.
