As an administrator, you can revert tickets to a previous status. This is useful if an error has occurred whilst updating your ticket.
1. On the ticket list screen, Select the ticket (as an admin User) that requires reverting.
2. When on the ticket view screen, click the hamburger menu located at the bottom right of your screen, and select the revert workflow status option.
3. Select revert from within the pop-up modal. Once updated, the ticket will revert to the previous ticket status. This action will be logged within the ticket audit
