How to link and unlink associate tickets

 

Certain forms can be associated with other forms. Form associations will be configured by your administrator.

1. When on the Ticket view screen, select the forms icon.

2. Once open, the slide-out menu will show all forms which can be linked to the currently accessed form.

3. To create or link associate tickets, the blue 'link' button must be visible for that particular form.

4. To create a new associate ticket, click the pink create button.

5. To associate an existing ticket, select the 'link' button located in the form header.

6. Upon selection the 'link existing ticket' pop-out modal will appear. This modal will display all tickets you have permission to view. To search for a particular ticket, enter your search term within the search bar. A dropdown will appear displaying the available filters, based on your search criteria.

7. Once you have found your ticket from the list, select the available checkbox and then select 'link ticket'.

8. To unlink a ticket, select the form slide-out modal from the header. 

9. Click to expand the form accordion. Then select to display the action menu from the ticket you wish to unlink. On selection,  the menu will appear, select 'unlink' from this menu.
