Upon sharing a ticket, the recipient user will receive an email notification. Once shared, the user will be able to view the ticket, notes & any files linked to that ticket. Any user who can view the ticket is able to share that ticket with other users on the project.
1. Go to the ticket you wish to share
2. Click the blue menu button at the bottom right of the screen
3. Select “Share Ticket” from the top of the ticket actions menu
4. Select the users or permission groups you wish to share the ticket with
5. Click “Share Ticket”
