You are able to save a ticket as a draft before moving it onto the first status within the ticket's workflow. Simply click save as draft at the top or bottom of the ticket. Your draft tickets will remain private until you click "Update Status"
1. On the ticket create screen.
2. Complete chosen fields.
3. Click save as draft.
To View
1. Select the draft tickets menu option located in the left nav bar.
2. View draft tickets across all projects and forms within this screen.
