You are able to link files that have been uploaded against your project to your tickets. You can upload a file from the ticket view screen or link a file that has been previously uploaded.
Note: Once a file has been linked to a ticket, all users who have view access to the ticket will be granted view permissions to the linked file(s).
Option 1 - Upload files
1. Click the files button within the ticket.
2. Click upload file and follow the process of loading a file into the system. Selecting the custom fields within the popup modal, and clicking upload to complete.
Option 2 - Attach existing files
1. Click the link existing file button to select all files which have been previously uploaded against the project.
2. Select the files checkbox from the list within the modal.
3. Click link files.
