When exporting tickets as a PDF, the user has the option to include the ticket fields, notes, audit log, workflow, workflow actions, guidance notes, Linked files, linked tickets and dashboards.
Steps to follow:
1. Go to Menu, Forms screen and select the ticket you wish to view, click on the blue hamburger menu located at the bottom right of your screen and select Report Builder.
2. From the Report Builder screen, you can select "Add" to pull through a table of contents, a Front Cover, or Back Cover sheet.
3. Click on the Plus icon to select the section you want to include within your PDF export, and add ech section one at a time.
4. If you select linked files or linked forms, you will be taken to an additional screen where you can select the files/forms you wish to add to build out your report by clicking on the save button.
5. If you select Dashboard, you can select from your Project Dashboards to attach to the Report and pick from different date snapshots.
6. Separate your Report with Sections by selecting Cover Sheet, where you can customise the sheet style and text. After creating the Cover Sheet, you can use the blue plus icon underneath to add new items to the Section, or drag and drop existing items into this area to a fully custom Report.
7. Click Generate to create a preview of the PDF.
8. You can either Download your Report or Attach the PDF copy to the main Ticket.
9. Once you close the previous window you can then Save as a Template to store the configuration set up to streamline for Reporting for next time.
10. Select the Public checkbox to make this Report set up accessible to your team.
