When exporting tickets as a PDF, the user has the option to include the ticket fields, notes, audit log, linked files and linked tickets.
1. On the ticket view page, click on the hamburger menu located at the bottom right of your screen and select Custom Export.
2. Select the sections to include within your PDF export.
3. If you select linked files, you will see an additional customise button. Here you can select the files you wish to add to the PDF.
4. Click export to generate a PDF.
5. Select the exported PDF to view.
