      How to export a ticket as a PDF

       

      1. Given you are viewing a ticket, you are able to export to PDF from the blue square button located on the bottom right hand of the screen.

      2. Once clicked, the options for tickets actions will open where you can see Export Ticket. Clicking this will download the PDF.
