How to create a ticket

1. Within your project, select the forms tab or enter the all forms screen via the left-hand navigation bar.

2. Click Create Ticket on the form required.

3. Complete the required fields within the form.

4. Action the ticket through its workflow by clicking the pink update status button.

Alternatively: 

1. Select the form.

2. Click the create ticket button located in the top-right of the screen.
