First, move your mouse to the left to reveal the navigation bar - move your mouse towards the bottom panel, where you will see a question mark box.
Click on the "support" button and this will open up a tab on your browser.
Within the new browser window, you will see the fu3e chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
To start your live chat, click on the pencil icon

The live chat system is backed up via email, all messages will be logged and sent via email to your user email.
