Glossary of terms

Here is a list of terms used throughout the platform

 

Custom fields

Custom fields are used throughout the application to gather information from the user. Your admin can add/remove custom fields to projects, files and tickets.

 

Action menus

The action menus appear in various locations throughout the application (shown either as three dots or three horizontal strokes). Click the button to see all the available actions.

Left navigation bar

This navigation bar enables the user to jump between screens within their environment.

List settings 

The cogwheel can be used to choose the columns which are visible on any list throughout the application. Click to drag & drop to choose your column order.

Batch actions

You will see this floating bar pop out when a checkbox is selected from within a list. Select the icon to perform a unique action for the item(s) selected.

Forms, files & dashboard module tabs

Switch between project forms, project files and the project dashboard using the module tabs.

Card & list views

Switch between the card/list view, using the icons located on the top right of the list.
