How to find what tickets a file is linked to

Files can be linked to tickets.

A quick way to find out which tickets your file is linked to is through the 'info' tab on the file view screen.

Within the file information tab. There is a section called 'linked tickets' here you will find hyperlinks to all the relevant tickets.
