Users can export data lists as a spreadsheet.
1. Select the data within a list you wish to export, using the check boxes in the first column. To select all, simply click the very top check box. Then click export from the batch action bar.
2. In the export pop-up modal, select 'spreadsheet' and then click "Next".
3. Within the next modal, select the fields and order for the export, this selection can be saved as a template (by clicking the "Save as Template" button), which can be recalled for future exports of the same list.
4. When the setup is complete, select 'next'.
5. Depending on the requirements, the data can be exported as either an Excel file or as a CSV file. It is recommended to export the data as an Excel file for reporting needs.
To complete, click 'Export'.
The spreadsheet will be downloaded to the computer.
